At Charles Mackintosh, we adapt our instructions to meet the needs of both client and project. Whilst we are happy to put in place the full architectural and design teams, we also work alongside clients’ preferred architects and designers. With 35 years construction experience in France, we have established an unrivalled network of technical support, trades and suppliers. Our reputation for high quality construction and finishes is unsurpassed. Charles Mackintosh will undertake the proper financial control of the project and ensure that all the correct certificates and insurances are in place.

These range from the design and construction of a superb garage for our client’s classic car collection, through to organising and managing the re-construction and extension of a fabulous 1.600 m2 Mougins villa. Other recent projects include the monitoring role for the restoration of a classified estate at Ile Ste-Marguerite, the updating of a fine 1980s Valbonne villa and the reconfiguration and refurbishment of two classic villas on the St-Tropez peninsular.
