La Croix Valmer

Charles Mackintosh Chartered Surveyors were first contacted by the family office to undertake appraisals of two villas being purchased at Villefranche-sur-Mer. After completing the purchases at Villefranche, we were instructed by the family office to negotiate the purchase of two further villas at La Croix Valmer on the St Tropez peninsular. These two adjoining villas stand on almost 2.7 hectares of protected landscape overlooking Gigaro and Cavalaire bays.

Instructions followed to re-configure the layout of both villas and bring the tired accommodation up to modern standards. This was done to include new bathrooms, kitchens, a new terrace with wrought iron pergola and new drainage systems. We also organised the full furnishing of both villas. The undertaking is to install a new swimming pool this summer. 

We continue to manage the villas for the very busy owners.
