Villa & Estate Management

Villa and estate management is part of the continuing service offered to clients. The modern south of France holiday home is complicated and cannot be left unattended for months at a time. Whether it is an individual villa or a country estate, regular visits are required to check that all is in order.

Swimming pool, gardening and security contracts have to be organized, all villa maintenance put in place and the property prepared for your arrival. Amy and Harry Mackintosh will organize this for you.

The service offered is offered to clients who retain their south of France home for their own personal and family use. It is not suitable for those owners who wish to rent out their home on a commercial basis. Charles Mackintosh Chartered Surveyors are unable to arrange seasonal lettings.
